In Leisuretowne, a lot of people want one level that's easy to walk on and easy to clean, with no trip spots between rooms. Smooth, flush transitions matter a lot.
Floors That Fit the House
For one-floor living, vinyl plank through the kitchen, hall, and living area is easy to mop and comfortable underfoot. A lower-pile carpet with a good pad works well in bedrooms and is easier for walkers and wheels than a deep plush.
In an older village home, a warm wood-look plank usually suits the house better than a modern gray.
